Terms and conditions
Who we are
This site is operated by Serpply Ltd, trading as 2 Post Lifts. Company disclosures appear in the footer of every page.
Status of this site
The range on this site is in development. We are not currently accepting orders, and no contract of sale can be formed through this site.
Prices
Prices shown are the median of what independent US dealers are currently listing for that exact model. They describe the market; they are not an offer or a quotation from us. A price becomes binding only once we confirm it in writing against an enquiry, and only for the model, quantity and delivery address in that confirmation.
Specifications
Model names, capacities and specifications are as published by the manufacturer or as observed in dealer listings, recorded with their source. Where we do not hold a manufacturer figure for a required ceiling height, a concrete specification, a power requirement or a certification, the listing shows nothing rather than a guess.
Nothing on this site substitutes for the manufacturer's installation manual. Ceiling height, concrete thickness and strength, anchor specification, power supply and installer competence are all matters for that manual and for a qualified installer, not for this website.
Certification
Where a listing states ALI certification, it refers to that specific model and capacity and links the directory entry it comes from. The absence of a certification statement means we have not verified one — it does not mean a model has failed certification.
Product images
This build ships with no product photography at all (see about and the build notes in our public research). Nothing on this site uses unlicensed manufacturer imagery.
Orders, once open
A contract forms when we send an order confirmation, not when an order is placed. Freight terms are on the freight page, and returns and transit damage on the returns page. Nothing here affects your rights under applicable consumer law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
